| synopsis :
A terrible secret is unearthed the local doctor a village hero and sheriff's brother is an evil sexual abuser if his female patients. What price the truth ? What can the sheriff do when the whole community will be against him. The problem solves itself by the criminals suicide, but marks a major turning point. The innoccent sheriff's family had been rolling on nicely, but through no fault of their own their life takes a major turning from the idyll. The father goes on successful, but scarred and the son cynical cos of the realities of life.
