- Website about the Via Clodia & the Etruscans

Wed - Blera & Via Clodia
- Blera sits highup on a valley with a new bridge crossing the top of the valley. There was a lavatorio so I washed my clothes there. Wow I saw 2 Italians walking, that's very unusual I chatted to them and found they came from Udine in the Northeast mountains of Italy. Most of the time I met Italians walking they came from Udine I guess it has a different culture from the rest of Italy.

Wed - Blera

- I went into the townhall to get some info and bumped into Narciso an architect who has a part-time contract to act as town architect. He kindly found me some stuff.

- Next I explored going out the back of town to visit some ancient Estruscan tombs.

Quite a few carved out rooms like Sutri, but they were mostly locked.

- Then I walked through the small medieval town to the allotments at the other side.
Good photos on their website.

Started 4 days of walking
- next started on the Via Clodia walk for 4 days ..see the route on the map .. -->
